Positions currently open:

The Kyagar is seeking an experienced and highly organized Reservations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel staff, the bookings manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our reservation system, ensuring that guests have a seamless booking experience from start to finish.
 
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a customer service-oriented mindset. Requirements:

Experience: Look for candidates who have previous experience working in the hospitality industry, particularly in reservation management. Experience with popular reservation software is also a plus.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred, but not always required. However, a solid education in hotel operations and management is important.
Organizational skills: The reservations manager must be able to handle multiple reservations and maintain an organized system for tracking and managing them.
Communication skills: The reservations manager should have excellent communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and other departments within the hotel.
Problem-solving ability: The reservations manager should be able to quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise during the booking process or with guests’ reservations.
Technology proficiency: The reservations manager should be comfortable using reservation software and other hotel technology tools.
Customer service focus: The reservations manager should prioritize guest satisfaction and have a customer service-oriented mindset.
Availability: The reservations manager should be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure smooth operations of the reservation system.
Language proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. Other languages would be an additional bonus.

The  Kyagar is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the front desk position plays a critical role in ensuring that guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Customer service experience: The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Communication skills: The candidate should have excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management.
Multitasking abilities: The candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Technical skills: The candidate should be comfortable using basic office equipment, such as computers, printers, and telephones. Knowledge of hotel property management systems (PMS) is also preferred.
Organizational skills: The candidate should have strong organizational skills and be able to manage reservations, guest requests, and other administrative tasks.
Problem-solving skills: The candidate should be able to quickly identify and solve issues that arise during guest interactions.
Positive attitude: The candidate should have a positive and welcoming attitude towards guests and be able to create a friendly atmosphere at the front desk.
Attention to detail: The candidate should be detail-oriented to ensure accurate record-keeping and billing processes.
Flexibility: The candidate should be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
